Founder

Twanna "T-Fay" Dewdney is the founder of Project Park Bench, Inc., an idea she envisioned to help those who are hurting or are homeless, with food, toiletries and clothing. Her idea has grown into its ninth year. She continues to empower others to donate items (clothing and toiletries of all kinds) and food which is donated to local organizations. Twanna is an entrepreneur of several businesses to include Salon Ashanti, Inc., where she is a licensed cosmetologist and an advocate for HIV/AIDS education and prevention, and counseling and testing onsite. She is also a licensed Florida Realtor.

Co-Founder

Ashanti Willix-Dauphin is the co-founder of Project Park Bench, Inc. She is instrumental in advocating and encouraging the younger generation to help those who are  hurting and homeless. She is also a registered nurse and provides a unique perspective on the needs of homeless individuals that need assistance with food, clothing, and medical attention. She has a compassionate heart for the less fortunate and is also an advocate for HIV/AIDS education and prevention, and counseling and testing on site. She is  a member of Black Nurses Rock Polk County Chapter. Ashanti is also an entrepreneur and sells natural hair products, and is co-owner of Twin Brothers 360 Photo Booth services. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband, twin sons, mother, and extended family.
